1. Cancellation Period:

a. Domestic Orders (INR): Customers can request the cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already processed and shipped your order.

b. International Orders (USD): Cancellation requests for international orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already processed and shipped your order.

2. How to Request Cancellation:

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at support@waveindia.co.in or through our customer support portal. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your communication.

3. Eligibility for Cancellation:

a. Domestic Orders (INR): Cancellation requests for domestic orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

b. International Orders (USD): Cancellation requests for international orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

4. Refund Process:

a. Eligible Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received within the specified time frame, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

b. Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipped Orders:

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for information on returning the product.

6. Exceptions:

a. Customized Products: Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

b. Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are subject to different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific pre-order terms and conditions provided during the checkout process.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

a. Domestic Orders (INR): Customers qualify for a refund if the product is returned within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b. International Orders (USD): Customers are eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process:

a. Initiation: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team via email at support@waveindia.co.in or through our customer support portal. Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or images if applicable.

b. Return Authorization: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

c. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.

d. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount may exclude original shipping charges. Refunds may take 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Shipping:

a. Domestic Orders (INR): Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

b. International Orders (USD): Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

5. Currency Conversion:

For international orders, refunds will be processed in USD. Currency exchange rates at the time of refund may affect the final refunded amount received by the customer.
